Terms and Conditions

1. Participation is excluded for all Hearprof employees.
2. Participation in the giveaway is free for customers.
3. The start and end dates will always be displayed in the social media post.
4. Participants who misuse the giveaway may be excluded from participation.
5. The winner of the giveaway will be determined through an impartial draw.
6. Winners of all giveaways will be personally notified via the social media channel where the giveaway was held.
7. Hearprof reserves the right to exclude participants if there is suspicion of fraud or unlawful participation.
8. Participants who do not win a prize will not be notified.
9. It is not possible to exchange your prize for another product or cash equivalent.
10. No correspondence will be conducted regarding the results of the giveaways.
11. Discounts on special promotions will not be applied retroactively.
12. All items are covered by a 2-month warranty.
