Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

Once the return has been processed, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used, opened, or not in their original condition.


Why can’t beauty and health products be returned?

A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned or refunded (not exhaustive): underwear, bikinis, makeup, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow returns of beauty and health products to ensure the safety of all our customers. This policy is standard across other beauty and health product providers for the same reasons.


Do I have to pay for my return?

Yes, all customers are responsible for the cost of their return. These costs can range between €15 and €40 depending on your location. We recommend shipping your return with a track-and-trace service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

The return address depends on the supplier. Our main supplier is located in Ningbo, 315100, Zhejiang, China.


How to Request a Return

  1. Download the Return Form: If you haven’t already, download and complete the return form. You can request it via the form below.
  2. Submit Your Request: Send your completed return form along with a photo of the products you wish to return to support@hearprof.com.
  3. Wait for Approval: After approval, ensure your return is securely packaged and meets all conditions listed below. Clearly label "RETURN" on the outside of your package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Use an insured and trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches our supplier safely at one of the following addresses:
    • Address 1: Ningbo, Postal Code: 315100, Zhejiang, China.
    • Address 2: Shenzhen, Postal Code: 518000, Guangdong, China.
  5. Provide Tracking Info: Email your shipping details to support@hearprof.com.

Return Conditions and Guidelines

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Ensure all returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • Use a traceable and insured shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Ensure the return form is approved—unapproved returns may not be processed.

Easy Returns in Three Steps

  1. Request a Return Form: Use the contact form below to request a return form. Include your order number, email address, and reason for the return.
  2. Send Your Order Back: Ship the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the form. Be sure to use a shipping service with tracking. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid misunderstandings.
  3. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your package, we will process your refund within five business days to your bank account.
